Return or exchange Policy:

Online Mini courses/Digital Products/In Person Trainings: No returns on our digital eBooks, Online courses or in person courses..

Products return or exchange Policy: We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on our lash or brows supplies however we are more than happy to exchange your tweezers, and unused lash trays within 7 days from the delivery date.

Please note all trainings are non-refundable!

 

Read product Instruction:

Prior to using or purchasing your products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly.

 

Product Damage in shipment or Defective:

Once the products have left our facility and shipped out, we are NOT responsible for any damage products LOST or STOLEN.

 

Cancelling an Order:

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at hello@lvluxeaesthetics.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
